Aaron Dussair serves as the Executive Vice President at Pembrooke & Ives where he has overseen over two million square feet of condominium conversions and ground-up developments from New York City to Miami. As a pivotal member of the executive team, Aaron has played a key role in building the firm’s Residential Real Estate Development division, leveraging his extensive experience gained as a design director for the company for over a decade.
Throughout his tenure with Pembrooke & Ives, Aaron has overseen the execution of many of the company’s most notable projects, including 212 Fifth Avenue, The Chatsworth, 155 East 79th Street and 24 Leonard Street. With a wealth of industry experience spanning over 30 years, Aaron’s professional journey includes roles at esteemed firms such as Stephen Wang Architects in New York City and RTKL in Los Angeles, where he began his career in architecture and design. Aaron is a graduate of Kansas State University, holding a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
